Although relevant departments have increased supervision over the years, the results of random inspections in recent years have shown that random inspections are frequent, but blacklists are released every week. Many batches of liquor in many places have been found to be unqualified, and methane and sodium cyclamate have frequently exceeded standards, which has greatly harmed people's health.

Authentication case
Entrusted by an intermediate court in the city, our company conducted a technical appraisal on whether a batch of liquor met the requirements of the national standard GB 2757-2012 "National Food Safety Standard Distilled Liquor and its Preparations".
Based on the testing methods specified in GB/T 5009.48, the expert group identified that the methanol content of this batch of liquor was 2.2g/L and the cyanide content was 8.9mg/L, exceeding the GB 2757-2012 National Food Safety Standard "Distilled Liquor and its Prepared Liquor" requires that the methanol content of grains should not be higher than 0.6g/L, the methanol content of other types should not be higher than 2.0g/L, and the cyanide content should not be higher than 8.0mg/L.
thus concluded that this batch of liquor did not meet the requirements of GB 2757-2012 "National Food Safety Standard for Distilled Liquors and Their Preparations" and was considered unqualified.
