1. The quality of the grinding wheel is poor. If the manufacturing quality of the grinding wheel is poor, cracks may easily occur during the working process and explosion accidents may occur.

2. Long storage time. The grinding wheel adhesive has a certain validity period, and the grinding wheel should not be stored for more than 2 years. Since the grinding wheel purchase star is relatively large in the early stages of the grinding machine being put into production, a considerable number of grinding wheels have been stored for a period that has expired, so the probability of bursting of these grinding wheels will increase significantly.

3. Storage is not standardized. The storage environment of the grinding wheel should be kept dry. There is a large amount of water vapor around the water explosion pool on site; water is carried on the crane clamp and drips below its running track, causing moisture to enter the grinding wheel, causing hidden dangers.

4. Collisions during on-site transportation will cause micro-cracks inside the grinding wheel, which can easily cause bursting.

5. There are obvious wear marks at the contact point between the grinding wheel and the grinding wheel pressure plate. If the grinding wheel pressure plate is not locked tightly, the grinding wheel and the grinding wheel pressure plate will rotate relative to each other, and the friction and heat will cause the temperature at both ends of the grinding wheel to rise rapidly, causing bursting.
