Appraisal Background
A tire blowout is when a car tire ruptures, suddenly loses air in a very short period of time, and is deflated. So what are the causes of tire explosions?
The main causes of tire explosion are: the inner layer of the tire is damaged, causing side bulges, and failure to repair them in time will lead to the risk of a tire blowout; when the tire pressure is low or high, the sidewall of the vehicle will be continuously squeezed during driving or the friction of the tire will increase, which will put a lot of pressure on the tire and eventually lead to a tire blowout; tire aging will also increase the probability of a tire blowout.
Zhongke Testing provides accident identification services, which can identify the causes of tire explosions, issue professional and reliable inspection reports, and assist courts and enterprises in resolving product quality disputes.

Authentication case
On a certain day in 2018, a large truck inflated its tires after repairing them at the auto repair department. As a result, the tire exploded, killing a maintenance worker on the spot. Our company was entrusted by an intermediate court to identify the cause of the accident. The expert team sampled and tested the tires of the large truck involved in the case, and concluded:
1, the steel cords distributed radially along the tire burst site were rusty, proving that the steel wires had broken long before the accident;
2, after the tire steel cords broke, only the sidewall rubber The tensile force can no longer withstand the normal working air pressure;
3, the tire was retreaded from an old tire, and its bursting location coincided with the repaired location of the retreaded old tire;
4. After the inner tube of this tire was repaired, the bursting occurred when the tire was inflated and had nothing to do with the inner tube repair and inflation operations;
