Appraisal Background
In recent years, with the sustained and rapid development of the economy, basic industries such as electricity, communications, and computers have developed very rapidly. These industries are in a period of high growth, and the demand for batteries is growing day by day.
Battery explosions also occur frequently. There are about three external causes of battery explosions: the battery is shaken and a normal internal short circuit occurs; overcharging causes a large amount of gas inside the battery to be discharged normally; a short circuit in the external circuit of the battery causes the battery to overdischarge. The main internal causes of
battery explosion are: poor battery quality, plate falling off, electrolyte leakage, shell damage, battery terminal breakage, etc.
Zhongke Testing provides accident identification services, which can identify whether there are quality problems related to battery explosions, issue professional and reliable inspection reports, and assist courts and enterprises in resolving product quality disputes.

Authentication case
The battery voltage of a certain factory was too low, affecting the normal power supply. The staff went to check. However, during the disassembly process, the battery soil exploded, causing serious injuries to the worker's eyes and face. Entrusted by the court, our company conducted a technical appraisal of the cause of the battery explosion.
The expert team rushed to the scene, inspected the battery usage environment, and tested the battery involved in the case, and came to the following conclusions:
1. The manufacturer did not provide instructions for safe use of the corresponding product;
2. There was a bad cell fault inside the battery, which caused the charging voltage of other normal battery cells to rise significantly;
3. There was a broken plate rib inside the battery, and there is a possibility of short circuit.
4, this battery has quality risks.
can be divided according to the industries and fields in which accidents occur: production safety accidents in industrial, mining and commercial enterprises, fire accidents, road traffic accidents, agricultural machinery accidents, water traffic accidents, etc.
