There are many common faults of loaders. Oil leakage is only the most common minor fault that is best dealt with. Common faults include weak arm, weak work, ineffective brakes, broken drive shaft, high engine temperature, etc.
The structure of the loader is relatively complex, and the working conditions of each assembly and parts are quite different. If the designer lacks sufficient consideration and understanding of the working conditions of the loader, it may cause some parts to not fully adapt to the requirements of various operating conditions during operation. The fragility of the design will be exposed during use, causing malfunctions.

A certain city's intermediate court designated our company to sign a product quality appraisal certificate with the client and organize an expert group to conduct quality appraisal of the loader in question. When the loader was in use, it was discovered that the vehicle had problems such as oil leakage from the steering gear, damage to the level brake, and imbalance in the lifting and lowering adjustment of the hydraulic boom. After accepting the entrustment, the
expert team went to the appraisal site to conduct environmental and physical investigation and testing. Finally, the following conclusions were drawn:
1. The measured rollover load of the loader did not meet the safety standards, and the driving stability did not meet the national standards, which could easily lead to rollover;
2. The settlement of the boom cylinder exceeded the range specified in the manual and did not meet the requirements specified in the manual;
3. There were quality problems in the welding of some material structures, causing material cracks.
