Authentication case
A cement factory purchased a dryer, but found serious air leakage during use, the feed chute was severely worn, and the production efficiency was far below normal levels. As a result, the cement factory went to court with the equipment company, and the court entrusted our company to identify the cause of the dryer's quality problems.
The expert group requested relevant information and documents from the client and conducted actual measurements on the dryer, and came to the following conclusions:
1. The dryer failed to provide a product certificate;
2. The materials used in the sealing device of the dryer did not comply with relevant regulations, and some materials showed excessive wear;
