Test Background
The sulfur dioxide gas corrosion test is used to determine the corrosion resistance of parts, electronic components, metal materials, electrical, electronic and other protective layers of industrial products in sulfur dioxide gas. The sulfur dioxide corrosion test of fire-fighting electronic products can determine the ability of fire-fighting electronic products to withstand the corrosion of sulfur dioxide gas, one of the atmospheric pollutants.
Zhongke Testing Reliability Experiment Center has environmental testing capabilities for various fire protection electronic products, and provides professional sulfur dioxide corrosion testing services for fire alarm equipment, alarm valves, fire communication equipment and other fire protection electronic products.
Scope of tests
1. Fire alarm equipment: fire alarm triggering devices, fire alarm control devices, fire alarm devices, fire linkage control equipment; etc.
2. Alarm valve: wet alarm valve, dry alarm valve, deluge alarm valve, pre-action device, delayer, hydraulic sensor, hydraulic alarm bell, etc.
3. Fire communication equipment: fire alarm dispatcher, fire command and dispatch equipment, fire vehicle dynamic management device, etc.
Test method
Level 0 is not tested;
The volume ratio of sulfur dioxide content in level I, II, III and IV tests is all 25±5, the temperature is 25±5°C, the relative humidity is 75±5% or 93±3%, and the duration is 21 days.
