A fire broke out in the production workshop of a new energy company. During the fire extinguishing process, a large amount of water entered the experimental equipment. In order to clarify the damage to the experimental equipment and determine whether the degree of loss of this batch of equipment qualified for repair, the new energy company entrusted our company to identify whether the water-intruded experimental equipment has reached a scrap state.

1) During the fire extinguishing process, a large amount of sewage poured onto the equipment and facilities below, causing water to enter the electrical components, and the motor fan shafts were corroded, causing most of the equipment to fail to start normally.
2) The fan coil test wind tunnel is designed to be placed outdoors in the open air and is not affected by water spray. The electromagnetic flowmeter has a waterproof level and is not affected by water spray. The insulation performance of the insulation layer is reduced after being sprayed by water. The motor fan shaft is rusted. Other sensors and electrical components are now unable to start normally after being sprayed with sewage.
3) Electromagnetic flowmeters and electric three-way valves have waterproof levels and are not affected by water leaching. The insulation layer of the environmental storage board and the air handler is degraded after being leached by water. The motor fan shaft is corroded and the coil is at risk of short circuit. Other sensors and electrical components are now unable to start normally after being leached with sewage.
4) The water source heat pump test computer and the fan coil test computer can be powered on normally and the control software can be used. The low-temperature air source heat pump test computer can be powered on and the control software can be used, but there is an abnormality in the display. After other sensors and electrical components were soaked by sewage, they are now unable to start up normally.
In summary, the overall damage rate of this batch of experimental equipment belonging to the new energy company was 91.59%.
