Mid-production product inspection

Mid-production inspection (DUPRO) means that when 30%-50% of the batch product is completed, Zhongke Testing can be entrusted to conduct product sampling inspection. Mid-production inspection can re-confirm whether the factory is producing according to the original production quality requirements and processes. If new raw materials, accessories, new operators, new production lines appear during the production process, or product specifications change, mid-production inspection can confirm whether the adjusted product quality meets customer requirements.

mid-production inspection is suitable for textiles, clothing, shoes and bags, toys, daily chemical products, cosmetics, electronic appliances, food and agricultural products, etc.

mid-production inspection items include the following items:

product quantity and appearance inspection;

product specifications, logos, labels, and size measurements;

product process/function on-site testing;

product packaging method/material inspection;

mid-production inspection standards can be carried out with reference to internationally recognized standards such as ANSI/ASQC Z1.4/BS 6001 or inspection standards specified by the client.
