Second-hand equipment inspection aims to inspect and evaluate second-hand equipment exported to the designated country before shipment, objectively and fairly describe the type, manufacturing year, serial number, original value, and function of the equipment; and evaluate the remaining value and remaining service life of the second-hand equipment.
