Authentication case
A manufacturer purchased a ball mill for crushing materials, signed an agreement, and the supplier deployed technical personnel to install it. On the day of delivery, the supplier dispatches technical personnel for debugging as agreed. However, during the trial operation, many problems were discovered, such as the installation dimensions of the corner double positions and the ball mill base anchor bolt holes did not match, and the feed port did not feed material. Although the problem was solved after debugging by technicians, trial production failed again under the rated ball loading weight. The manufacturer
refused to accept the ball mill on the grounds that it was inferior, so both parties requested the court to intervene and entrusted our company to conduct technical appraisal. The expert group required the supplier to provide product qualification certificates, packing lists, accessory drawings and other information, but the supplier failed to provide them fully and could not prove that the ball mill was a qualified product. After identification, it was found that the supplier had replaced the main motor power and the frequency-sensitive resistor of the control cabinet, indicating that there were design flaws in the mechanical and electrical system. The reason for not being able to go into trial production is due to a flaw in the original design of the host. In summary, the ball mill does not meet the relevant regulations and is a substandard product.
