Appraisal Background
In recent years, the scale of my country's dangerous goods logistics industry has continued to expand, and the number of atmospheric liquid dangerous goods tank trucks (hereinafter referred to as tank trucks) has increased year by year. While supporting the sustained and rapid development of my country's petroleum, chemical and other industries, a large number of tank trucks that do not meet national standards have entered the logistics industry and "operated with diseases", causing great hidden dangers to the safety of people's lives and property.
Tank trucks have serious safety hazards such as "big tanks with small standards", structural and material safety performance that does not meet the requirements of mandatory standards, tank thickness that does not meet standards, and missing key safety accessories, which can easily cause safety accidents. On the other hand, there are safety hazards such as the use of substandard safety accessories in the tank, failure to meet media requirements, leakage, leakage, and poor welding quality. In the event of a traffic accident, it is easy to cause "secondary accidents" and increase the hazard of the accident.
Zhongke Testing can carry out quality appraisal services for mechanical equipment, carry out appraisal work on whether there are quality problems related to tank trucks, issue professional and reliable inspection reports, and assist courts and enterprises in resolving product quality disputes.

Authentication case
A company purchased a tank truck and later found that the floor was bulged and the windshield panel had signs of damage and repairs. It was suspected that the truck was a refurbished truck after an accident. Our company was entrusted by the company to conduct a technical appraisal on whether the tank truck involved was a refurbished truck. The expert team investigated the use of the inspected tank truck and found the following problems:
1. There was an upward protrusion on the floor of the passenger seat, and a number of windshield fragments and enameled wire fragments were scattered on the floor;
2. There was a dent on the side of the fender reinforcement rib, which was long. 150mm, width 45mm, depth 16mm;
3, the welding seam between the right front of the engine hood and the body is de-welded and misaligned, with a length of 19mm and a width of 32mm;
4, the color of the middle part of the windshield upwind of the windshield is inconsistent with the surrounding color.
finally came to the conclusion: the upward bulge of the passenger floor, the dent on the side of the fender reinforcement, and the desoldering and misalignment of the hood and the body, all appeared on the right front of the vehicle and were caused by abnormal forces.
